Exceptions to Maximum Height Standards1. <strong>The</strong> height limitations <strong>of</strong> this zoning ordinance do not apply tomechanical equipment and electrical penthouses, church spires,towers, smoke stacks, and other similar features, provided theycomply with all other applicable city standards and FAAregulations.2.
