Article 5 Overlay ZonesSection 5.07 PUD, Planned Unit DevelopmentB. <strong>The</strong>se commercial uses must be grouped in complexes clearlydelineated on the Stage I plan, and may include one or more <strong>of</strong> thefollowing uses:1. Delicatessen, grocery, meat, fruit, or vegetable market.2. Drug store.3. Bakery shop.4. Laundry/dry cleaning pick-up stations, or self-service facilities.5. Beauty or barber shops.6. Shoe repair shops.7. Hardware stores.8. Business or pr<strong>of</strong>essional <strong>of</strong>fice.9. Clothing store.10. Restaurants.11. Banks.12. Other similar, neighborhood-oriented retail sales or service usesexpressly approved as part <strong>of</strong> the Stage I plan.C. Another use may be substituted on the approved plan for a usepreviously approved provided it is one <strong>of</strong> the above listed uses andprovided the use will not involve any building expansion beyond theapproved plan and further provided that the use is approved by the[Insert Official].5.07.06 Public and Civic usesPublic and civic uses are permitted in the PUD. <strong>The</strong>se uses must be delineated onthe plan and must be limited to one or more <strong>of</strong> the following uses:A. schools (nursery, elementary and secondary);B. religious assembly;C. community centers, including day care facilities;D. country clubs;E. libraries;F. fire or police stations;G. open space-recreation areas; andH. other similar, public or civic use types expressly approved as part <strong>of</strong>the Stage I plan.5.07.07 Area requirementsNo PUD Overlay zone is permitted on a tract <strong>of</strong> less than 25 acres.
