Article 12 Review ProceduresSection 12.05 Planned Unit Developments (PUDs)Commission at the public hearing on the proposed zoning mapamendment, or2. have any necessary conditional use permits or variances for thesubject property be heard and finally decided by the Board <strong>of</strong>Adjustment in accordance with Section 12.07 and Section 12.08.B. A zoning map amendment application that includes proposedvariances or conditional use permits must be accompanied by a StageI development plan, in accordance with the applicable requirements<strong>of</strong> Section 12.06C. In acting on variances and conditional use permits processedconcurrently with zoning map amendments, the PlanningCommission is granted all the powers and duties otherwise exercisedby the Board <strong>of</strong> Adjustment pursuant to KRS 100.231, 100.233,100.241, 100.243, 100.247, and 100.251.D.
