Article 10 SignsSection 10.07 Classification of Signs3. All signs must be located in such a manner that they are whollyvisible from the centerline of the abutting street which the signfaces from a minimum distance of 250 feet. No sign may belocated in such a manner that it partially or wholly obstructsadjacent signs as viewed from the centerline of the abuttingstreet from a minimum distance of 250 feet.10.07.08 Class 8The following signs meeting the following specifications constitute Class 8 and maybe only business or identification signs, as defined herein:A. Structural TypeGround signs; single or double faced.B. Maximum Size of Single Sign25 square feet.C. Maximum Height Above Grade at Top of Sign10 feet.D. Limitations on Number of Signs1. One sign may be erected for each street frontage of the lot orbuilding site on which the primary permitted use is located.2. One sign may be erected for identification purposes of aresidential development for each major entrance.E. Other Limitations1. May be neither flashing nor animated.2. May only be illuminated from a concealed light source.3. No part of any ground sign may be closer than 5 feet from anyproperty line.10.07.09 Class 9The following signs meeting the following specifications constitute Class 9 and maybe only business or identification signs, as defined herein:A. Structural TypePole or ground signs; single or double faced.B. Maximum Size of Single Sign150 feet.C. Maximum Height Above Grade at Top of SignPole sign: 30 feet; ground: 10 feet.D. Limitation on Number of SignsOne sign may be erected on each abutting major street identifying ashopping complex of three or more businesses located in a unifiedbuilding or an attached group of buildings, or identifying an industrialpark development with three or more businesses.E.
