No part of any ground or pole sign may be closer than 5 feetfrom any property line.10.07.10 Class 10The following signs meeting the following specifications constitute Class 10 andmay be only business or identification signs, as defined herein:A. Structural TypeFree standing ground sign not permanently attached to the ground,single or double faced.B. Maximum Size of Single Sign8 square feet.C. Maximum Height48 inches. Maximum width. 24 inches.D. Limitations on Number of Signs1. One sign per store front.2. Placement of sign must allow for 6 feet clear width on sidewalk.3. Placement of sign permitted only during hours the business isopen.4. Placement of sign not over curb line and not restricting egressfrom and entrance to parked cars.E. Other Limitations1. May be neither flashing nor animated.2. May not be illuminated.3. Must be professionally designed and maintained in goodcondition.10.07.11 Class 11The following signs meeting the following specifications constitute Class 11 and maybe only business or identification signs, as defined herein:A. Structural TypeProjecting signs, double-faced; perpendicular to building.B. Maximum Size of Single SignProjecting signs may be double faced and the area of each face maynot exceed 12 square feet.C. Maximum Height Above Grade at Bottom of Sign9 feet.D. Maximum Height Above Grade at Top of Sign16 feet, provided that no sign may extend above the bottom of secondfloor windows or above the roof line of the building.E.
