Excludes services classified as “MajorUtilities and Services” and “Minor Utilities.” Typical uses include recording studios,television and radio studios, telecommunication service centers and telegraphservice offices.16.02.39 Comprehensive (Master) PlanA guide for public and private actions and decisions to assure the development ofpublic and private property in the most appropriate relationship.
