Excludes services classified as “MajorUtilities and Services” and “Minor Utilities.” Typical uses include recording studios,television and radio studios, telecommunication service centers and telegraphservice <strong>of</strong>fices.16.02.39 Comprehensive (Master) PlanA guide for public and private actions and decisions to assure the development <strong>of</strong>public and private property in the most appropriate relationship.
