An application for a conditional use permit must beBoardfiled by the owner <strong>of</strong> the subject property or theBoard<strong>of</strong><strong>of</strong>property owner’s authorized agent. In the case <strong>of</strong>(Decision)(Decision)joint ownership <strong>of</strong> a property, an application for aconditional use permit must be signed by all owners<strong>of</strong> the property.B. Applications must be filed with the [Insert Official].C. Applicants for a zoning map amendment and a conditional use permitfor the same property may elect to have any necessary conditional usepermits be heard and finally decided by the Planning Commission inaccordance with Sec. 12.04.09.AdjustmentAdjustmentHearingHearingmin14days12.07.03 Public Hearing NoticeA. publishedPublished public hearing notices must be in accordance with Sec.12.02.05.B. mailed1.
