Incidental uses in a mini-warehouse may includethe repair and maintenance of stored materials by the tenant; but in no case maystorage spaces in a mini-warehouse facility function as an independent retail,wholesale, business, or service use. Spaces may not be used for workshops, hobbyshops, manufacturing, or similar uses. Human occupancy is limited to that requiredto transport, arrange and maintain stored materials.16.02.132 Retail Sales and ServiceBusinesses involved in the sale, lease or rent of new or used products ormerchandise to the general public. Typical uses include drug stores, grocery stores,department stores and apparel stores.16.02.133 Safety ServicesPublic safety services that provide fire, police or life protection, together with theincidental storage and maintenance of necessary vehicles. Typical uses include firestations, police stations and public and private ambulance services.16.02.134 Satellite Dish AntennaA device commonly parabolic in shape, mounted at a fixed point on the ground forthe purpose of capturing television signals transmitted via satellite communicationsfacilities and serving the same or similar function as the common televisionantenna.
