Article 10 SignsSection 10.08 Permitted Use and Location <strong>of</strong> Signs4. Plans for approval <strong>of</strong> a Class 12 sign must bear the seal <strong>of</strong> anarchitect or engineer registered in the State <strong>of</strong> <strong>Kentucky</strong>.10.07.13 Class 13<strong>The</strong> following signs meeting the following specifications constitute Class 13 and maybe only business or identification signs, as defined herein:A. Structural TypePole sign, single or double faced.B. Maximum Size <strong>of</strong> Single Sign25 square feet.C. Maximum Height Above Grade at Top <strong>of</strong> Sign15 feet.D. Limitation on Number <strong>of</strong> SignsOne sign may be erected for each street frontage <strong>of</strong> the lot or buildingsite on which the primary permitted use is located.E. Other LimitationsSection 10.081. Such sign may be neither flashing nor animated.2. No part <strong>of</strong> any pole sign may be set back closer than 5 feet fromany property line.3. All signs must be located in such a manner that they are whollyvisible from the centerline <strong>of</strong> the abutting street which the signfaces from a minimum distance <strong>of</strong> 250 square feet.
