Article 4 Special Purpose ZonesSection 4.05 REC, Recreation and Open Space ZoneSection 12.06. When development is proposed on a parcel <strong>of</strong> land thatis a part <strong>of</strong> a larger tract <strong>of</strong> land that is under single ownership, thedeveloper is also required to submit a plan for the entire propertyunder the ownership, unless specifically waived by the city, inaccordance with the plan requirements <strong>of</strong> 12.05.02. <strong>The</strong> plan mustshow how the proposed development will be developed as an integralpart <strong>of</strong> the much larger tract, including the coordination <strong>of</strong> land useand circulation (vehicular and pedestrian) with adjacent tracts <strong>of</strong>land.D. More than one principal building is permitted on a single lot.E. Maximum building height: 35 feetSection 4.06 ART, Arts and Technology Zone4.06.01 Purpose<strong>The</strong> ART, Arts and Technology zone is intended to accommodate and promote artsand technology uses and activities.4.06.02 Permitted Uses<strong>The</strong> following uses are permitted by right in the ART zone, provided that theycomply with all other applicable standards <strong>of</strong> this zoning ordinance and providedthat any uses creating noise, such as music studios or cafes with live music, must besufficiently sound pro<strong>of</strong>ed to prevent this noise from being heard by neighbors orthose living in residential units.A.
