Article 16 DefinitionsSection 16.02 Definitions <strong>of</strong> Words and Terms16.02.53 DwellingAny building that is completely intended for, designed for, and used for residentialpurposes, but for the purposes <strong>of</strong> this zoning ordinance, does not include a hotelmotel,hotel, motel, nursing home, tourist cabins, college or university dormitories,or military barracks.16.02.54 Dwelling, TrailerSee Mobile Home.16.02.55 Dwelling UnitA building or portion there<strong>of</strong> providing complete housekeeping facilities for a singlehousehold.16.02.56 EasementA right, distinct from the ownership <strong>of</strong> the land, to cross property with facilitiessuch as, but not limited to, sewer lines, water lines, and transmission lines, or theright, distinct from the ownership <strong>of</strong> the land, to reserve and hold an area fordrainage or access purposes.16.02.57 Eating/Drinking EstablishmentSale <strong>of</strong> prepared food and beverages for on- and <strong>of</strong>f-premises consumption. <strong>The</strong>following and eating and drinking establishment types:A. RestaurantAn establishment primarily engaged in serving prepared food to thepublic.B. TavernAn establishment primarily engaged in serving alcoholic beverages forconsumption on the premises, and in which the serving <strong>of</strong> preparedfood is also permitted.C. NightclubAn establishment primarily engaged in serving alcoholic beverages forconsumption on the premises and providing live entertainment anddancing, and in which the serving <strong>of</strong> prepared food is also permitted.16.02.58 EntertainmentProvision <strong>of</strong> cultural, entertainment, athletic, and other events to spectators. <strong>The</strong>following are spectator sports and entertainment use types:A.
