Structural TypeOnly one of the following type signs are permitted in Class 2 perindividual use: flat, window, or projecting sign; single or double-faced.B. Maximum Size of Single Sign2 square feet.C. Maximum Height Above Grade at Top of SignAttached to a building and projecting no more than 18 inches from thewall face of the building.D. Limitations on Number of SignsOne sign for each separate use that is a permitted use.E. Other LimitationsMust be neither animated nor illuminated.10.07.03 Class 3The following signs meeting the following specifications constitute Class 3 and maybe only business or identification signs, as defined herein:A. Structural TypeFlat, ground or pole sign; single or double faced.B. Maximum Size of Single Sign6 square feet in outside area.C. Maximum Height Above Grade at Top of Sign12 feet.D. Limitations on Number of SignsOne sign for each curb cut plus any number within the off-streetparking areas.E. Other Limitations1. May be illuminated but only from a concealed light source andmay not be flashing, glaring, nor animated.2. Must be limited in subject matter to off-street parking directionsand instructions. When located along or near a public right-ofwayor in such a manner as to be visible to the general public,such signs may not include any advertising graphics.3.
