Loading or unloading areas may be locatedin the side and minimum required rear setbacks, provided that all loading orunloading facilities must be set back a minimum <strong>of</strong> 10 feet from the rear lot line andminimum side setback clearances are maintained.7.13.03 DrivewaysEntrances, exits, or driveways may not be computed as any part <strong>of</strong> a requiredloading or unloading space.7.13.04 Use <strong>of</strong> Off-Street Loading SpaceA. Any loading or unloading space must be used for loading or unloadingonly. Any other use <strong>of</strong> such space, including repair work or servicing<strong>of</strong> any kind other than in an emergency, or the requirement <strong>of</strong> anypayment for the use <strong>of</strong> such space, will be in violation <strong>of</strong> theprovisions <strong>of</strong> this article.B.
