8. Problems and Solutions<br />
Phase / rotation malfunction<br />
• Phase malfunction:<br />
--> Incorrect rotary field at power connection to control unit<br />
• Swap two phases<br />
Duo Pumpe 1/2<br />
• Phase L1, L2 or L3 not connected / live<br />
--> Check mains power connections to control unit, check power cable, check fuses<br />
--> If L1 is not live the rotary field error cannot be detected<br />
--> If L1 is not live the control unit goes into battery operation mode<br />
Max pump start protection<br />
Duo Pumpe 1<br />
• System has activated over 100,000 times which has caused a protection switch<br />
to activate<br />
--> Can be acknowledged by pressing the Alarm button – system will operate<br />
for an additional 1000 starts and then the warning will occur again<br />
--> Replace the protection switch – contact customer service<br />
Duo Pumpe 1<br />
Alarm level exceeded<br />
• Wastewater in pumpstation has reached the alarm level<br />
--> Audible alarm stops automatically if wastewater falls below alarm level<br />
--> LED warning goes out only after being acknowledged by pressing the Alarm button<br />
Relay malfunction<br />
• Power contactor / protector does not switch off<br />
--> Disconnect control unit from power source<br />
--> Replace the protection switch – contact customer service<br />
