1957–1988. Weitere Bestände befinden sich in
Bearbeitung. Dabei liegt nach wie vor das Hauptaugenmerk
auf den beiden wichtigen Teilnachlässen
von Albert Hellwig (1880–1951) und Else Liefmann
(1881–1970) sowie auf dem Pressearchiv und den
verschiedenen Pressesammlungen. Einen besonderen
Bereich bildet der fortschreitende Ausbau der Pressedokumentation
1996ff. des Instituts. Diese auf einem
Presseausschnittsdienst beruhende und durch ein
Stichwortsystem (derzeit 220 Kategorien) recherchierbare
Sammlung hat derzeit einen Umfang von über
50 Ordnern erreicht. Ständig fortgeführt werden
die Ergänzungen an einer Reihe schon etablierter
wachsender Bestände wie etwa der Sammlung Universitärer
Abschlussarbeiten, der IGPP-Abschlussberichte,
der Sammlungen von IGPP-Publikationen und der
Sammlung der Antiquariatskataloge.
”Schaufenster ins Archiv”
Seit einiger Zeit werden im Institut in einer
kleinen, monatlich wechselnden Vitrinen-Schau Aspekte
aus der Arbeit des Institutsarchivs anhand ausgesuchter
Archivalien zu bestimmten (wissenschafts-)
historischen oder archivischen Themen präsentiert.
Dies hat einerseits den Zweck, KollegInnen im IGPP
oder auch BesucherInnen den Arbeitsgegenstand des
IGPP-Archivs näher zu bringen, andererseits sind die
kleinteiligen Ausstellungen immer wieder ein günstiger
Ausgangspunkt für gezielte Recherchen, die der Bestandserschließung
dienlich sind.

und Grenzgebiete der Psychologie 1957–1988. More
archival groups are in working. Among those, a special
emphasis is placed on parts of the personal papers
of the lawyer Albert Hellwig (1880–1951) and the
physician Else Liefmann (1881–1970) as well as on the
various collections of newspapers, magazines and newspaper
clippings. Another important field is to continue
the extension of a large collection of contemporary
newspaper clippings for the years 1996ff. The collection
is based on the work of an external professional
service for newspaper clippings. At present, the collection
contains more than 50 files and is now ready
for enquiries by a system of 220 keywords. Permanent
supplements will be added to already established
and growing archival groups like a collection of university
reports (diplomas, doctoral or postdoctoral theses),
the final reports of IGPP projects, a collection
of IGPP publications and a collection of antiquarian
catalogues.
”A View Into the Archives”
A small and monthly changing exhibition has been established
in the IGPP building, placed in a display
case, showing various aspects of the ongoing work of
the IGPP archives by presenting selected topics of the
archives which are of historical or archival relevance.
The intention is, on the one hand, to familiarize colleagues
or visitors of the IGPP with the subject matter
of the archives and the history of the IGPP itself;
on the other hand, the exhibitions are always suitable
starting-points for specific investigations which can be
used for the communication of the various archival
groups.
