• Alkoholkrankheit / Aspirationspneumonie
– Wirkung gegen Anaerobier erforderlich
– Empirisch: Amoxicillin / Clavulansäure (3 x 1.2 g i.v.) oder
­Clindamycin (3 x 600 mg p.o. / i.v.)
• Anamnestisch Grippe, hämorrhagische Pneumonie
– Zu beachten: Staphylococcus aureus, Haemophilus
influenzae, Streptococcus pneumoniae
– Empirisch: Amoxicillin / Clavulansäure (3 x 2.2 g i.v.)
• Neutropenie
– Empirisch: Cefepime (3 x 2 g i.v.) oder Pip / Tazo (3 x 4.5 g i.v.)
