requirements for the phosphate ester-based fire-resistant fluid when used as<br />

turbine generator lubricant [117].<br />

Oil used for turbine generator units is considered ‘‘light’’ oil because it<br />

has a relatively low viscosity rating. This reduces frictional drag in the<br />

bearing and lowers power loss from the turbine generator bearings.<br />
