COL 2. Column shaft. Present location: Caputi Square, Croton. Description: The column shaft is broken at its upper extremity, heavily eroded, and covered with a thick layer of marine encrustation. Since it stands upright in the ground, it is not possible to measure its exact length, nor determine if the lower end is intact and is provided with a protective collar. Marble type: Unknown.
