COL 3B. Column shaft, fragment. Present location: Caputi Square, Croton. Description: This small fragment of a column shaft is heavily eroded and covered with thick marine encrustation. Since it stands upright in the ground, it is not possible to determine its total length, or if the lower end is intact and has a protective collar. Marble type: Unknown.
