<strong>Cams</strong>haft Regrinding and Special <strong>Cams</strong>haft Services<br />

Most any combination of intake and exhaust profiles and<br />

lobe separation may be ordered. We suggest you consult<br />

with our technical staff for recommendations on the latest<br />

and best combinations. You may occur an additional<br />

$100.00 net engineering charge for domestic pushrod<br />

engines, or an additional $150.00 net engineering charge<br />

for other (foreign OHC, industrial, restoration, etc.) new “one<br />

off” cam grinds. Refer to our latest Cam Lobe Profile Catalog,<br />

or our website for lobe profile listings. Be certain to send a<br />

completely filled out Cam Profile Recommendation Form to<br />

insure prompt attention.<br />

All prices include normal straightening, regrinding, and<br />

Parko lubrite treating (to retard wear) when applicable.<br />

Additional charges will apply for any special machining<br />

work that is required to regrind a customer’s camshaft, such<br />

as removing gears, oil pump drives, end plugs, etc. or drilling,<br />

tapping, centering, etc. Each camshaft ground using<br />

normal <strong>Crane</strong> <strong>Cams</strong> tooling (or tooling available at the time<br />

of your order).<br />

*This product is applicable only to pre-1966 California and pre-1968 federally certified passenger cars. It<br />

is also applicable to non-emission controlled trucks and similar vehicles. It is not applicable or intended<br />

for use on any emission controlled vehicles operated on highways or roads.<br />
