<strong>The</strong> results in table(4) indicated to finding the<br />

predication equations to get the amount of<br />

ascorbic acid (mg/100 ml)at any time of storage,<br />

and through that we can able to calculate the<br />

shelf life of juice.This results agrees with oribio<br />

and Lozano(1984).<br />
