Table (2) shows that the effect of the picking
flowers stage on the average percentage of
opening sepals. This percentage arrived
maximum (42.00%) when the flowers picked at
full opening petals stage, whereas the lowest
percentage was recorded for flowers picked in
the non opening sepals stage (14.20%).
The effect of how to pick the flowers was
significantly affective by giving the least
percentage of the of sepals opening when the
flowers picked under the water (17.55%), on the
other hand, the highest percentage of opening
sepals was obtain (38.15%), when flowers
picked and placed in water after 10 minutes.
While the overlap of the interaction also had an
effect in the average percentage of opening
sepals with access to lower value when flowers
picking under the water directly in the opening
sepals stage (8.00%), followed by harvest
treatment of flowers under the water when taken
in non opening sepals stage (10.40%). The
highest proportion of opening sepals was
recorded when flowers picked and placed in
water after 10 minutes in the full opening petals
(56.15%).

Table (3) shows that the average proportion
of opening petals was highly affected as far as
petals opened when flowers picking in the non
opening sepals stage, opening sepals stage and
the stage of non opening petals these values
amounted to 95.83%, 93.00%, 0.43 %,
respectively. On the other hand, the treatments
of how to pick the flowers affect the average of
the percentage of opening petals, where the
lowest value was obtained when the flowers
