<strong>SonTek</strong>/<strong>YSI</strong><br />

File names must be given without extension. GARGSAMP generates an ASCII output file with the<br />

extension .DAT. The program assumes that the <strong>Argonaut</strong> data file has the extension .ARG. If no<br />

is specified, the program uses the same name as the binary data file. First sample<br />

and last sample let you extract a subset of the data. If they are not specified, the program extracts<br />

all samples in the file.<br />

The ASCII tabular output file has one line per sample. There are no headers so commercial programs<br />

(Lotus, MatLab, etc.) can easily access the data. The tabular output file has several<br />

columns of data as shown in the following table with their unit of measurement.<br />
