The troops that went up from Norfolk and Essex were credited<br />

under <strong>the</strong>ir special <strong>of</strong>ficers, and will <strong>the</strong>re appear. The follow<strong>in</strong>g<br />

are those who receive credit under Major Willard, and are those<br />

probably who were employed <strong>in</strong> scout<strong>in</strong>g with him <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> early part<br />

<strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> w<strong>in</strong>ter.<br />
