Approving/Declining Content<br />

Your site administrator establishes an approval chain for each<br />

folder, or even specific content items. The approval chain is a list of<br />

people or groups who must approve new or edited content before it<br />

is published to the Web site. If a user group is part of an approval<br />

chain, any member of the group can approve the content.<br />

The administrator also determines the sequence of approvers in<br />

the chain.<br />

When a new or edited content is submitted to the approval chain, it<br />

is reviewed by users who may<br />

• change it<br />

• approve or decline it<br />

• publish it to the Internet (it is published when the last user<br />

approves it)<br />
