Working with HTML Forms<br />

If you are editing a form, assign the task on the form’s Edit<br />

Properties screen.<br />

In both cases, you identify only users and groups to whom the<br />

task will be assigned whenever a site visitor completes the<br />

form. <strong>Ektron</strong> <strong>CMS400.NET</strong> assigns the remaining task<br />

information.<br />

2. You complete the form and make it available on your Web site.<br />

3. A visitor to your site fills out and submits the form.<br />

4. A task is created and assigned to users and groups you<br />

identified in Step 1.<br />

5. Any <strong>Ektron</strong> <strong>CMS400.NET</strong> user can view all tasks created via<br />

form submission in the Smart Desktop. See illustration below.<br />
