Editing HTML Content
Comment Briefly describe the content, or comment on changes made when editing
content.
The history comment appears on the View Content and Content History
screens.
Schedule Use this tab to set a future publication date/time. In order to be published, this
content must be approved and reach its publication date/time.

If appropriate, enter a date when the content will no longer be viewable on the
Web site.

Templates This content’s folder must have a default template. It can also have additional
templates assigned.
When content is created, the default template is automatically assigned to it. If
you want to change the template assigned to this content, click this tab and
choose a template from the dropdown list.

page 798. You can only edit content for which you have permission
and in one of the following statuses:
• published
• checked in
• checked out by you
• submitted for your approval
