Working with Collections<br />

Your system administrator must assign to you permission to work with collections.<br />

Every collection is assigned to a folder. To find the collections<br />

assigned to any folder, navigate to it and click the Collection button<br />

( ). For more information, see ”Finding a Collection by<br />

Navigating to its Content Folder” on page 425.<br />

Since collections can be assigned to any content folder, the<br />

Modules folder provides a central Collections folder, which displays<br />

all collections, regardless of their content folder. For more<br />

information, see ”Finding a Collection Using the Collections Folder”<br />

on page 426.<br />

Finding a Collection by Navigating to its Content Folder<br />

To access collections for a content folder, follow these steps.<br />

1. Click the content folder that contains the collection.<br />
