Introduction to eWebEdit400
eWebEdit400 is a browser-based, Web content editor designed for
dynamic Web sites. It lets you create and publish your own Web
content in any language supported by the operating system and
your Web site.
NOTE To learn how to enable eWebEdit400 for all clients that connect to your server,
see ”Setting the Editor for Ektron CMS400.NET Users” on page 487.
More specifically, eWebEdit400 lets you perform Web page editing
functions, such as
• copy content from any Windows-based application
• cut, copy, and paste
• find and replace text
• check spelling
• change font style, size, attributes (bold, italics, underline), and
color
• begin lines with bullets or numbers
• adjust indentation
• right, center, or left justify text and images
• add a bookmark, hyperlink, image, or table
• view your text as WYSIWYG or HTML code
• insert or clean HTML source code
You gain access to these functions from the toolbar at the top of
the editor, or from a menu that appears when you right click the
mouse inside the editor.

describes how to do that using eWebEdit400.
