Importing Office Documents NOTE Using the Document Management System DMS can store and help you manage Office documents. This section explains how to import any document into Ektron’s Document Management System. Ektron CMS400.NET provides five ways to import Microsoft Office documents. They are described below. Only users with Add permission for a folder can import documents into it. When you import an Office document or managed file into Ektron CMS400.NET using any other method, its name is the file name without the extension.
