Working with HTML Forms<br />

To modify an existing form, select the form’s folder, then the<br />

form. Next, select Edit and click the Post Back Message tab.<br />

2. Select Redirect to an action page and forward form data.<br />

3. Click the icon next to File or page.<br />

4. The Hyperlink manager dialog appears.<br />

5. In the URL field, enter the path to the custom action page. For<br />

example, /site root folder/customaction.aspx. Do not get a<br />

quicklink from the library.<br />

6. Press OK.<br />

Making Form Results Available to Site <strong>User</strong>s<br />

When you create polls and surveys, you can choose to display the<br />

results after site users submit data. The results can be displayed in<br />

the same window or output to a new window. In addition, you can<br />

choose how to chart the data. For a description of chart types, see<br />

”Chart Types” on page 165.<br />

To show site visitors the results, follow these steps:<br />

1. Go to the page on which you determine the form’s response. If<br />

this is a new form, it is page 4 of the Forms Wizard.<br />
