6. Select the zone in which you want to place them.<br />

7. Click the Add button.<br />

8. When you do not need to add more content, click Done Add<br />

Content.<br />

You can only delete content that you added. (See ”Adding Content”<br />

on page 371) When you delete content, you remove a version of it<br />

from its Web part zone. But, if it exists in another location on the<br />

same page or on any other page, it remains there. And, you can<br />

still add it to any Web part zone.<br />

To delete content, follow these steps.<br />

1. Go to the personalization Web page. Your system administrator<br />

will instruct you on how to find it.<br />

In the sample database provided with <strong>Ektron</strong> <strong>CMS400.NET</strong>, the<br />

page is http://localhost/siteroot/mypage.aspx.<br />

2. Click Personalize to enter personalization mode.<br />

3. A delete button appears on the personalization menu for any<br />

content item you added to the page. See illustration below.<br />

4. To remove that item from that Web part zone, click the delete<br />

button.<br />

5. A warning message appears. Click OK.<br />
