Decline Decline an approval request submitted to you.<br />

This option reject the changes and keeps the<br />

current version live on Web site. You are prompted<br />

to enter a reason for the decline.<br />

After you decline<br />

• The author who made the change is notified<br />

by email<br />

• The content is removed from the Approval<br />

Chain<br />

If the author updated content then submitted it for<br />

approval, the updated content remains in the file. If<br />

you do not want it to remain, choose the Edit<br />

option.<br />

You may be asked to decline both a content<br />

change and a request to delete content.<br />
