My Workspace HTML Content and Assets can be displayed on the site when a developer adds the CommunityDocuments server control to a Community Web site. For additional information on the CommunityDocuments server control, see the Developer Manual section “Introduction to Ektron CMS400.NET Server Controls” > “Community Platform Server Controls” > “CommunityDocuments Server Control.” Adding Folders to My Workspace >> Documents You can add subfolders in the Documents area to help you sort assets and content into categories. The subfolders represent a taxonomy of the items contained in the documents area. To add subfolders, follow these steps. 1. In the Workarea, navigate to My Workspace >> Documents. 2. Click the Manage Folder Button ( ). 3. The Add Folder box appears. 4. Enter a Name for the folder. My Workspace 5. Click the Add button ( ). 6. When the page refreshes, it opens to the newly added folder. Edit a Folder Name in My Workspace >> Documents Sometimes, it is necessary to change the name of folder in the My Workspace >> Documents area. To accomplish this, follow these steps. 1.
