22.118.3 FUNCTION 2 (.PAGEM)<br />

Moves or exchanges a page. The page·is moved ·from one virtual address<br />

to another, or two pages exchange locations. You cannot move a page<br />

to a location that is allocated to another page and you cannot<br />

exchange pages unless the source pages are allocated.<br />

Use one argument word for each page to be moved or exchanged. If you<br />

use more than one argument word, the specified pages must be in<br />

ascending order. Each argument word is of the form:<br />

In the argument word:<br />

source is the page number of the page to be moved.<br />

destination is the page number of the location to receive the<br />

page.<br />

the source page if this bit is not set.<br />

22.118.4 FUNCTION 3 (.PAG<strong>AA</strong>)<br />

Sets or clears the access-allowed bit for a page. The access-allowed<br />

bit may be changed for any page in the working set. If a page is<br />

accessed that has this bit off, a page fault occurs.<br />

Use one argument word for each page whose access-allowed bit is to be<br />

changed. If you use more than one argument, the specified pages must<br />

be in ascending order. Each argument word is of the form:<br />

Ignores the fact that the page does not<br />

exist, suppressing error codes PAGME% and<br />

PAGCE%.<br />
