FUNCTION<br />

Reads or sets system scheduling parameters. JACCT or [1,2] privileges<br />

are required to issue the SCHED. monitor call. However, the read<br />

functions may be used by a user with Spy privileges, and the write<br />

functions are available to users with POKE privileges.<br />
