HDMI Control<br />
You can link operations with<br />

Standby Source<br />
Sets the HDMI input source<br />
to put into standby when<br />
the power is on.<br />
Control Monitor<br />
Set the HDMI MONITOR<br />
terminal to output the HDMI<br />
control signal.<br />
Power Off Control<br />
Links the power standby of<br />
this unit to external devices.<br />
Setting details<br />
On : Use HDMI control function.<br />
Off : Do not use HDMI control function.<br />
• When a device that is not compatible with the HDMI control function is<br />
connected, set “HDMI Control” to “Off”.<br />
• Please consult the operating instructions for each connected device to<br />
check the settings.<br />
• Refer to “HDMI control function” (vpage 95) for more information<br />
about the HDMI control function.<br />
NOTE<br />
• When “HDMI Control” is set to “On”, it consumes more standby<br />
power. If you are not using this unit for an extended period, it is<br />
recommended that you unplug the power cord from the power outlet.<br />
• The HDMI control function controls operations of a TV that is compatible<br />
with the HDMI control function. Make sure that the TV and HDMI are<br />
connected when you perform HDMI control.<br />
• If the “HDMI Control” settings have been changed, always reset the<br />
power to connected devices after the change.<br />
Last : Enters standby with the previously used input source.<br />
CBL/SAT / DVD / Blu-ray / GAME / MEDIA PLAYER / AUX1 / AUX2 /<br />
CD : Enters standby with each of the input sources assigned to each input<br />
terminal.<br />
“Standby Source” can be set when “HDMI Control” is set to “On”.<br />
Monitor 1 : Output from the HDMI MONITOR 1 connector.<br />
Monitor 2 : Output from the HDMI MONITOR 2 connector.<br />
• “Control Monitor” can be set when “HDMI Control” is set to “On”.<br />
• ARC function works only with the terminal selected by “Control<br />
Monitor”.<br />
All : If power to a connected TV is turned off independently of the input<br />
source, power to this unit is automatically set to standby.<br />
Video : If power to a connected TV is turned off when the input source is<br />
Blu-ray / DVD / TV AUDIO / CBL/SAT / GAME / MEDIA PLAYER / AUX1 /<br />
AUX2, power to this unit is automatically set to standby.<br />
Off : This unit does not link with power to a TV.<br />
“Power Off Control” can be set when “HDMI Control” is set to “On”.<br />
Output Settings<br />
Video<br />
Default settings are underlined.<br />
Makes screen-related settings.<br />
z z “Blu-ray”, “GAME”, “AUX2”, “TV AUDIO” or “CD” can be set when “HDMI” or “COMP”<br />
(vpage 126) has been assigned.<br />
“Output Settings” can not be set when 4K signals are input.<br />

(audio only) modes in the same room, audio in MAIN ZONE and ZONE2<br />
modes may sound out of synchronization, but this is not malfunction. In<br />
this case, setting to “Game” mode may improve audio synchronization.<br />
