THERE was once a king, who owned a
large farm. On this farm a man lived
and paid rent to the king. This man had but
one child, a son, whom every one thought half
witted, because he was always doing silly, stupid
things.
After a while the father died; but, as he had
left a little money, the mother was able to pay
