<strong>Shaping</strong> a <strong>healthier</strong> <strong>future</strong> has planned for and is responding to these changes as they take<br />

place, ensuring an appropriate fit with new arrangements as part of the NW London‟s overall<br />

response to the changes.<br />

3.4 Programme timeline<br />

The overall programme timeline is broken down into five phases as shown in Figure 3.2 and<br />

each phase is then the key activities for each phase are then described.<br />

Developed robust processes that led to successful reviews by NCAT and OGC<br />

Evidenced compliance with the “Four Tests”<br />

Planned the public consultation and developed consultation documents<br />

Developed the pre-consultation business case<br />

Carried out pre-consultation elements of equalities review.<br />
