System Feature:<br />
The ‘Tapal’ received in Collector <strong>of</strong>fice reaches the concerned seat / employee. The employee has<br />
the option to scan the document <strong>and</strong> create a new file or append the same to an existing file.<br />
Inputs to DC* Suite can be scanned document, photographs, email <strong>and</strong> even voice message. All<br />
these become a document in the workflow. The document then travels in the defined workflow as<br />
per hierarchy <strong>and</strong> procedures. Information is appended at every level <strong>and</strong> facility is provided for<br />
writing notes. The electronic file reaches the deciding authority <strong>and</strong> travels back. The action is<br />
taken as per the decision.<br />
There are about 11 – 12 modules available in DC* Suite which are build around the Workflow for<br />
carrying out different tasks. A total <strong>of</strong> 20 modules have been planned.<br />
