Using MonitorMagic
Log actions - Clear log when records read
Select this option if the MonitorMagic service must empty the log on the computer once it has
been archived.
Scheduling
Specify when the event logs must be archived according to this profile. If you want to archive
immediately, select the option Get report log information now. This operation is done only once
so if you want to do it again you have to select this option again.

Reporting - Overview report templates
A report template is a collection of definitions of what should be contained in a report and how it
should be presented. An average report usually contains a title, some text to explain the contents
of the report and one or more tables in which information from the databases is presented.
When you want to create a template, select (mouse click) the folder you want to put the template
in. You can add a new template to that folder in the following ways:
select report - report builder - create report template from the menu.
right click the mouse and select create report template.
When the template is filled with the necessary information it can be executed by "generate
report". The MonitorMagic service will generate the report and the report will be presented in a
new window.
In the Reports tree the available templates are presented. You will find predefined templates that
are already in there. Your newly created templates will be added to this tree. By using copy and
paste the existing templates can be copied and modified.

There are three trees presented in MonitorMagic: the network tree, the policies tree and the
report tree. These trees are loaded when MonitorMagic is started. This section describes the
report tree.
The report tree is created so that the user can put types of reports in separate folders.
