Creating a monitor in a policy
You can create a monitor in two ways: directly, by creating a single real monitor or when a policy
containing policy monitors is applied to the computer. When you apply a policy to a computer, the
policy needs to contain policy monitors in order to create real monitors. For more information,
see Real monitors and policy monitors.
To create a monitor in a policy, activate the monitor policies window. Select the policy you want
to create a monitor in, right click the mouse and select menu option Add monitor, [type of
monitor].
