The window contains the following fields:
Server
The name of the computer (server or workstation) that runs SQL Server.
Database name
The preferred name of the SQL Server database used by the MonitorMagic service.
MonitorMagic will make the database name unique by adding a number to the specified name
when a database with the same name already exists.
Specify the values for Server and Database name and press Next to continue.
