Now, open the browse window and select the computer you want to apply the policy to. (Note: in
this example the policy is configured so that the MonitorMagic service that processes the policy is
the service running on the computer TULIP. The monitor window for TULIP is shown in the
diagram above. See Specifying the policy service selection for more information.) When you have
selected the computer(s), right click the mouse and select the menu option Apply policy, [name
of policy]. You can also select this menu option from the main menu: Computer, Apply policy,
[name of policy].
In this example, the MonitorMagic service running on computer Tulip will process the policy and
generate monitors accordingly. The MonitorMagic client will update automatically and show the
generated monitors after some time.
