MonitorMagic
The window shows the names of the files found for the file monitor. To see the actual content of
one of the files, select the file and press the Show button. This function will start the notepad
application and load the selected file. Note that the file is copied from the Monitor service to the
Monitor client application first.
The window also shows if certain text searched for is found in a file. The window shows these text
in the column Text found for a certain file if the text has been found in the file. The rules of the
file monitor determine what text MonitorMagic is searching for. Once a searched text is found,
MonitorMagic will not search the same text in subsequent files.

With the MonitorMagic Web Interface you can see the content of a text file. To use this function,
perform the following steps:
Define a file monitor in MonitorMagic that monitors the file(s) you want to see. You do not
need to define any rules for the monitored files.
Configure the MonitorMagic Web Interface, either secure or not secure.
Start an Internet browser an connect to the computer running the MonitorMagic Web Service. In
the tree on the left side, select the option MonitorMagic, [Computer name]. The browser will
show all the monitors maintained by the MonitorMagic service. For the file monitors, a number of
columns are shown.
