Any student who violates this rule is subject to immediate suspension, dismissal,<br />

or expulsion from the <strong>College</strong>.<br />

Smoking - In compliance with the Florida Clean Air Act, <strong>Flagler</strong> <strong>College</strong><br />

<br />

students, or visitors. This ban includes, but is not limited to, the dining room,<br />

snackbar, student lounge, classrooms, corridors, residence halls, restrooms,<br />

stairways, entryways, laboratories, workshops, library, and conference rooms.<br />

Inter-Hall Visitation - <strong>College</strong> policy does not permit inter-hall visitation.<br />

Students are not allowed to visit the rooms or the halls occupied by persons of the<br />

opposite sex. Students who violate this regulation are subject to disciplinary action<br />

by the Student Judiciary Council or the Associate Dean of Student Services.<br />

Disorderly Conduct - From the time that a student applies to the <strong>College</strong><br />

<br />

reserves the right to take cognizance of any conduct on the part of the student that<br />

may disqualify him or her from initial enrollment or from continuing enrollment<br />

<br />

their conduct on campus during the academic semester, but also for their conduct<br />

off campus, during vacations, and between semesters. Accordingly, the violation<br />

of any law, statute, or ordinance, the violation of any <strong>College</strong> rules or other conduct<br />

<br />

disciplinary action, regardless of whether the violation or misconduct occurs off<br />

campus during vacations or between semesters.<br />

Disorderly conduct is any action or disruptive behavior, committed on or off<br />

campus, that may result in a breach of the peace, disturbance, or adversely affect<br />

the <strong>College</strong> community. Such conduct is a violation of the <strong>College</strong> regulations<br />

and constitutes an interference with the standards and purpose of the <strong>College</strong>.<br />

Disorderly conduct includes, but is not limited to, the following: violation of any<br />

law, statute, or ordinance; failure to comply with written or oral instructions<br />

<br />

and indecent or obscene conduct or expression. Any violation of this regulation<br />

will subject the student to suspension or dismissal from the <strong>College</strong>.
