Residence Hall Policy<br />

Tuition and Fees 49<br />

All freshmen must reside on campus, unless they have received prior approval<br />

enroll for the fall semester, housing contracts are for the full academic year; thus, the<br />

Students entering <strong>Flagler</strong> in January will contract for housing for the spring<br />

semester only. Students who will graduate in December, or students who will<br />

revision of the housing contract.<br />

Meal Plan Policy<br />

All students who reside on campus are required to be on the full meal plan<br />

<br />

also select one of the meal plan options; they may purchase partial meal plans<br />

directly from the food service contractor; or they may purchase individual meals<br />

<br />

Health Insurance<br />

The college offers a group health insurance plan at a reasonable cost. All<br />

students should be able to verify they are covered by other health insurance,<br />

when necessary. All athletes are required to purchase the health insurance, unless<br />

the student can verify that he/she is protected by other health insurance plans<br />

that meet Federal standards and standards established by the NCAA (National<br />

Collegiate Athletic Association) and the insurance company is chartered in the<br />

United States. The charge for health insurance is not subject to adjustment or<br />

refund once it has been added to the student account. Please visit our website<br />

information regarding the health insurance plan.<br />

Books and Supplies<br />

Tuition does not include the cost of required textbooks or supplies, which must<br />

be purchased by the student at the beginning of each semester. The bookstore is<br />

operated by an independent contractor, and payment is permitted by<br />

cash or check, Visa or Master Card, or the <strong>Flagler</strong> OneCard. Students<br />
