Discussion will be organised in the following working groups, which will be composed<br />

of about 15 members and a facilitator.<br />

1) Rationale, purpose and use;<br />

2) Methods, approaches and evaluation criteria;<br />

3) Impact assessment and attributions issues;<br />

4) Working together: role of partners and other donors.<br />

Each working group will have a facilitator, who will be responsible to report back on one of<br />

the themes indicated above. Participants are free to choose a different working group after<br />

each session.<br />
