2.2 Local <strong>Climate</strong> Data<br />

Local climate data were required to establish the sensitivity of extreme precipitation to<br />

monthly average precipitation <strong>and</strong> temperature. Local climate data were obtained from<br />

Environment Canada for the 11 elements shown in Table 2-8.<br />
