Among HIV‐infected adults, access to outpatient services differedsignificantly by knowledge of HIV status: 22.9% of those unaware of their HIV status visited anoutpatient facility, compared to 51.2% of adults aware of their infection. The purpose of theoutpatient visit was not captured in the 2009 <strong>KAIS</strong>.
